The goal of this project was to to better understand the needs of university students while conducting remote co-watching, in order to better their experience as users. We then used our findings to generate product design recommendations for the remote co-watching application we analyzed.
I was involved with the user research process, competitive analysis and the interaction design recommendations.
We conducted semi-structured interviews, surveys, and a diary study as our primary source of research.
We then used this information with the secondary research to analyze the data using affinity diagrams, sequential models, and data visualization.
